With a Master’s degree in Commerce and a career in the non-banking finance sector, Swati brings both professional expertise and a profound sense of purpose to YRMF’s mission. Sachindra Kumar Rai, the proud father of Yashvardhan Rai, is the visionary co-founder of YRMF. Born in the village of Dhuria in Kushinagar district, Uttar Pradesh, Sachindra’s journey is one of remarkable academic and professional accomplishment. From humble beginnings, he pursued his early education at Janta Intermediate College in Dhuria and Budha Intermediate College in Kushinagar before completing his Bachelor's degree at BPGC Kushinagar, laying a strong foundation for his distinguished career.

Driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge and excellence, Sachindra moved to Delhi and Mumbai to further his education, earning numerous prestigious qualifications. His credentials include Chartered Accountancy (CA), Company Secretary (CS), Cost and Management Accountancy (CMA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS). In addition, he holds a Master of Laws (LLM) with a specialization in Criminal Law and Criminal Administration from the University of Mumbai.
